Three years ago, my D transferred to her dream school, Pepperdine! Today we watched with great pride with the Pacific Ocean as the backdrop. It was a very emotional day. We will miss Pepperdine, but are so pleased with how ready My sweet D is for the world! The education, experiences, faculty, and the wonderful friends that she was privileged to be a part of at Pepperdine will be something she will carry with her the rest of her life.

Just wanted to share this with those of you who are starting your journey at Pepperdine...you have so much to look forward to, more than you can even imagine!

Congratulations JC to you and your daughter!

I met you briefly at the Fall 2009 admitted students day last month. How proud you must be and thank you for all your words of encouragement and support. My daughter just sent in her “letter of intent to register” a few days ago and will begin her Pepperdine journey in a few short months.

Congratulations, JC! I can only imagine how proud you are of and for your D. You were a tremendous source on information for our family last year when our S and D were admitted and trying to make a decision. Like the previous poster, I am anxious to hear what your D’s post graduation plans are. What a great Mother’s Day gift!

Thanks so much. Hahahah no post grad! She has been offered representation by a talent agency after seeing her senior showcase and is now positioned to give the acting career her best shot!

It has been an interesting and thrilling few weeks. I also actually graduated on Mother’s day from my graduate program with a masters in education at LMU. So D, my sis, D’s bf and I took a 5 day vacation together to celebrate:) (girls only!)
