If your parent’s total income is less than 20,000, than you can apply for this program called HEOP, and I think you would really look into it as it can help you a ton.

bump bump bump

Hump hump hump bumpie

tump tump sump bump

Pump pump pump pump

It’s time to stop posting the same question over and over and to start working on getting your class rank up so you’ll have a shot.

BUMP BUMP BUMP bumppp

do the same people constantly read this

i cant get it up to top 10% that would require me to pass 130 people. that’s actually impossible.

Then choose another school for your ED school. In all honesty, with your rank and below median CR score, Dartmouth just isn’t going to happen ED. If you were a recruited athlete, you’d have a shot. But no hook and the 700 is not competitive. In the ED round Dartmouth accepts only 400. The majority are athletes, legacies and other hooked candidates. ED will not help you there. So either take a shot at a different school or work to get the scores raised and your rank higher.

And yes, the same people read this site most days as evidenced by all those commenting on your repeated posts. If you’re waiting for someone to say something different, you’re waiting for someone not familiar with Dartmouth and what it takes to get in.

Study the common data set. Read A Is For Admission by former Dartmouth adcom Hernandez. Read Dartmouth press releases describing admitted students. Last year, for example, 40% of the class was either val or sal of their high school class. When you factor in the 40% hooked in every class, you begin to see how vital a very high rank is. Look at median scores, 730 was median for CR last year. Most unhooked candidates have 75% scores which would be 770. Not one of your scores hits the 75% mark. Review the fact that only 6% were not in the top 10% of their HS class.

Wrap it together and ask yourself why they would accept you with below median stats across the board at a very stats oriented school. And on top of it all you’re Asian and from NYC, putting you in one of the most competitive pools of all.

i dont see many of those schools happening with a 90 average, dartmouth is no, the rest are pretty undoable cept possibly gwu and bu

thanks for the feedback, exp hmom. I was waiting for someone to tell me I can’t get in. Everyone kept saying ya! you have a shot…etc etc. thanks for making me face reality. As for the SAT scores I took them last year and I’ve been studying for them since and I plan on taking them again on October.

so if a kid is a recruited athlete that the coach wants, based on your experience with dartmouth, how does a 29 ACT sound for ED?

Try questbride with below 20,000 income. they’ll hook you up
