DARTMOUTH Early Decisions Decemeber 10th

how cold this blathering world can be at times. some warmth, come on people. we all will need this. Big D, here we come; here you come.

Winnie.. you have email and a D banner page and so, unlike schools who only use snail mail, I imagine you'll know at the same relative time (taking the time change into consideration).

oh God pls let me in!!=)

notification in less than a day..haha , i'm desperate..

Modadunn: Thanks...but I want to know when I will receive the 'real letter'.

Hi Everyone - I'm new to joining this discussion but I have been reading it for a while!
Anyways, I also applied to Dartmouth early decision and I got the email about tomorrow (so scary) but I didn't have my user id or password yet. I filled out the request for information yesterday afternoon but I still haven't recieved the email with my info. I'm scared that if I don't get it soon I won't be able to check my letter tomorrow!

Any ideas?

winnie: Most internationals do have to wait a while for the actual letter. Print out your online letter instead. (Get some card stock to print it on, and it'll look almost exactly like the real thing!)

you can call the admissions office tmrw to get your decision if you cant access it on bannerstudent

Actually, I think you have to wait until Thursday (the 11th) to call for your decision... at least that's what the email said.

oops sorry, you're right. the 11th

good luck from the columbia ed board!

Wow, I'm really nervous and anxious to find out who gets in from my school and on CC. I can't even imagine what I'm going to feel like when it's my turn on april 1st.
Good Luck to everyone!

Customized counter

thats scary

what do you mean we won't believe our ears...?

Good luck from the Yale board!

counting down the hrs...

ErikD, could you elaborate? Are you a Dartmouth student? Are you suggesting that you can ask the admissions office why you got in?

I'm a Yalie SCEA but good luck to everyone!

Dear Dartmouth EDers,

I know that half of you are excited about your prospects in mere hours, while the other half (or possibly more) is absolutely nauseous. Major props for being the first Ivy League hopefuls to go through the tortuous process of finding out, and good luck to all of you! If you get in, congrats; if you don't, they just didn't have room. You're all still amazingly accomplished people and will be happy wherever you choose in the end.
