<p>Caribgurl, I do not know the answer, but my reading of the instructions would be that an international student does NOT need to submit the form UNLESS his or her parents are residing in the US, since the IDOC requirement is not shown in the column for applicants with parents living in Canada or other foreign countries: [First-Year</a> Students](<a href=“Home | Financial Aid”>Home | Financial Aid)</p>
<p>What if you already submitted the IDOC without this form? Just send it in ASAP to Collegeboard?</p>
<p>You could try that. Be sure to include the cover sheet again. Not sure they’ll be able to match it up with your other documents, however. I would probably send it straight to Admissions with apologies and a request that it be added to your file.</p>
