<p>I always thought that Dartmouth never had a writing supplement (as many of my older friends had told me). However, after working on my Dartmouth Application on Common App, it appears they do. Just wondering, is this the first year that that they are requiring a writing supplement? What do you guys think about this?</p>
<p>I think Dartmouth has a supplement because the format for the Common Application changed this year. It used to require a short essay on an extracurricular activity, but since that’s gone, Dartmouth has included that as its “supplement”.</p>
