<p>I suppose there is not, but it doesn't hurt to ask. Such a list would self-correct to some extent, with peripheral scholarships getting more attention the next year and some heavy competition scholarships getting less attention. But still I think it would be helpful.</p>
<p>I'm kind of overwhelmed with scholarships; I think it's almost most efficient to forget it and focus on need based aid alone. Say a scholarship is for $10,000 and is given to five students. Awesome, but you don't know how many typically apply. If 5,000 students apply and have a roughly equal chance as yourself, the average win is 10 dollars, so to speak. If you work on it the essay and submission process for two hours, you just made 5 bucks an hour, less than minimum wage.</p>
