I see this website <a href="http://www.dcinternships.org">http://www.dcinternships.org</a> first on google search when I typed DC internships. The website seems legit but it asks for around 8000 USD for application fees of internship with 6 credits.
I just wanna know if that's a custom for DC internships or it is just a scam.
Anyone familiar with this company or quasi-gov programs?</p>

<p>Not a custom. Daughter found DC internships by reseachng organizations she was interested in and searching their websites for opportunities. Many DC internships do not pay and the cost lving is high. Save your money for necessities. </p>
