<p>So the deadline is Jan 1- but does anyone know what time of the day (eastern) they need it submitted by? And if it's midnight, is it midnight at the start or beginning of Jan 1? Does that hold true for other colleges too? (None of them seem to list the time!) Thanks!</p>
<p>not the begining in any case; you do have during the day.</p>
<p>i would guess that it normally needs to be submitted by the end of the business day, so 5:00 pm, but then again it's a holiday so that may not matter. </p>
<p>with the paper applications, they only need to be sent by the given date, which means that they arrive at the school after that date.</p>
<p>i actually bet (it appears you're going online) that you have until midnight at the end, because they're not going to be checking them until tuesday anyway. but don't quote me on that. i don't think time is that important. they're giving the deadlines so that they know they have all of them, not as a test of your speed.</p>
