Dec 2008 SAT Essay

I got a question: for the essay about perseverence, I wrote about some historical person but sort of messed up some minor facts. You guys think that the readers will catch on to the historical mistake and penalize me accordingly?

NOOO, they have openly said that they don't grade on accuracy
although it would look bad if you said Washington was the 19th pres of the US :D

In fact, see also this thread:
<a href="http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-preparation/608525-have-you-ever-gasp-lied-your-sat-essay.html%5B/url%5D">http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/sat-preparation/608525-have-you-ever-gasp-lied-your-sat-essay.html</a></p>

no they won't. accuracy is not required. unless of course you say that hitler was a peace loving gandhist, i dont see any problem coming up

btw, i never knew before coming to this site that they don't grade on accuracy
so thank you guys for clearing this up ^_^

Elvy you can write that Stalin and Lenin were democrats. They won`t know penalize you even if they knew that this is completely incorrect ;)

i completely screwed up my history too- talked about john c. calhoun instead of henry clay. hopefully they dont take off !
