<p>Coudl someone explain exactly what a decal class is? can just about any student start one? Are they for credit or just for fun? are they less expensive per unit than regualr classes?</p>
<p>they are for credit, usually 1-2 units, i don't know how the pricing works or if there is any price for it. I think just about any student can start one, but there's a lot of steps involved</p>
