I am a junior taking the ACTs for the first time this Saturday. I have studied over the course of a year and have seen significant improvement in the last three practice tests that I have taken. However, I saw from a previous thread that practice tests were not really good at indicating whether or not you would get a high score or not. Some questions I had:
- Should I keep practicing through the ACT practice tests? I get them from here http://blog.prepscholar.com/complete-official-act-practice-tests-free-links and the red book
- What are some significant differences felt whilst taking the actual ACT?
- How can I stop my stressing? Any strategies?
- Best way to prepare in the last stretch of days. Did I study too much?
Overall, I am sort of anxious for what the ACT will bring to me. I score very well on the Math section and the English sections, but find that my Reading and Science fluctuate from a 28 to a 32. Please offer intellectual suggestions rather than unhelpful comments, I would really appreciate it :).
