<p>I graduate with my MSIE Dec of this year and we have a career fair on 2/5/14 and 10/3/14. I am just wondering when I should start targeting companies because I feel like February is a bit early and October may be a bit late. Any suggestions or thoughts? Thanks</p>
<p>February’s not too early unless you wanted to take some time off before starting work. Even if you start looking in Feb. you probably won’t start work until March. Go for it!</p>

<p>I worked in HR for a large company (yes Fortune 500) and yes they were looking at December grads that early so yes…you’d be on the radar already.</p>
