December SAT 2 Physics Takers - Which book was most helpful?

PR or Barrons?

I used Barron’s…but I don’t think it’s good…

Sparknotes was actually pretty intense. Don’t use kaplan tho, it’s way easier than the real thing

@TimXie: why?

@thrill3rnit3:The Barron is basically based on the calculation questions…while the real test is mostly about the concept or analysis questions

Princeton Review. It’s good enough to use as a textbook. Although it’s difficult to learn entirely new topics from it, it’s excellent for reviewing material. The two tests are pretty realistic, if not a little harder than the real thing.

Helped me get an 800.

@TimXie: so what can I use to get an 800?

what’s the curve on the test by the way?

I recommend PR.
