I'm a freshman who has a hard time choosing my best-major.
I attended many workshops and did numerous quizzes telling me about what my true talent, aptitude, professions, etc. are, but I still am clueless as to what to decide on.
I don't want to choose a major where I have no talent and aptitude and regret later.
How can you know which major to choose?

Simple: Choose a major that you love, not that will make you the most money.

You'll regret going through school and the rest of your life majoring in something you don't want to major in just because you think you need to to make big bucks...take your general education requirements the first year and see if there is anything you take that catches your interest.

what if you dont LOVE anything

IMHO, if you don't love anything, just major in something you're good at. At least then you can get better grades with less effort than you would in other majors. If you decide to sell out later on in life, just go to grad/professional school.

I think the best way would be to look at your hobbies and try to pull a major out of those somehow. A very easy example, if you like reading, be an English major. Maybe if you have an interest that doesn't relate as easily, try to figure out what about them you like. If you like video games, do you like them because of the story aspect (English or maybe film major), the controls, programming, etc (computer science), visual effects (art/design of some kind or film). If you want to travel, try foreign languages. Why do you like what you like? How can you turn that into a major/career?

figure out what you do in your free time, and try and make a major out of it.

if your free time is spent mostly on, say, ping-pong, then go look up the courses offered at your university and make a list of all the ones you think you want to take. Then pick the major which has the highest percentage of those courses - forget about what the actual name of the major is.
