<p>Hi, I am wondering if the decision for Marshall scholarship has been mailed to the students. So far, I have not received any notification and the advising makes it more than enough clear that they won't accept any phone calls or emails about the scholarhsip questions. If anybody has or knows someone who received a letter, please help me out. Thanks a lot :)</p>
