<p>Well, my stats aren't that great so I highly doubt that's the case, salmonscrubs. I didn't even apply to Cal and LA lol.</p>

I will be shocked if you don't get into LMU, and I think you have a great shot at USC and UCLA. You are out of state so USC makes sense for you. Were you a NMS semi finalist? With your SAT scores you should have a good shot at these schools. Did you ever consider Pepperdine?</p>
<p>And yes the UC's in the mid tiers are pretty formula driven. I honestly don't think the OOS costs would be worth it except for UCLA or UCB.</p>
<p>I feel ya guys who've so far been rejected. I mean, orange1234 got rejected with a 4.27 and acarey with a 2340 SAT. I guess UC admissions is very random. Don't lose hope guys. I felt like **** in school when I found out I got rejected from UCSB. Whatever, life moves on. And for those in, congratulations!</p>
