<p>Yeah, really? Because I always thought it would be later, around the 30th or so. </p>

<p>What I want to know is what the early admission rate is. I’m pretty sure I found it once, but I don’t remember what it was (and for which year(s)). Can’t seem to find it now, though. :/</p>

<p>Also, if 95% of those admitted applied early, it would be helpful if we knew what percentage of applicants are priority applicants and what percentage applied regular. Then, we would get a better idea of how competitive EA admissions really are. But as people here have said, it appears UMD does not release release a lot of information regarding admission statistics. I’m just hoping that changes won’t be too drastic this year.</p>

<p>In any case, about a week left (at most) until decisions are posted. I guess we all just have to hang in there.</p>

<p>EDIT: Oh wait, never mind. I found it. It appears that the EA acceptance rate is 55% (2008). Well, again, hopefully things don’t change by that much this year.</p>

<p>I will check tonight at midnight as I am curious about these rumors. I heard last Thursday that they would be posted a week ago today and they weren’t, so I’m not going to hold my breath. I’m a bit skeptical, but we’ll see. If this is all true and they post tomorrow, my bet is that it is sometime around mid-day.</p>

<p>If it comes out tomorrow, I sincerely doubt it’ll be by midnight. But if that’s the case, then I guess we have about nine minutes left until decision time. =/ Don’t know if I really want to know or not…</p>

<p>UMD tends to put things up around 8:30 AM or later of that day, with the uploading and of course people needing to be at the computer at whatever hours to make the system live. Good luck to all and hope to see you in the fall!</p>
