Decisions Released Starting Morning of March 13

<p>I just received confirmation that decisions for freshman applicants will be available starting tomorrow morning. Stay up if you want but I can’t guarantee they will be up at 12:01 exactly. I recommend checking it at your convince starting tomorrow morning.</p>

<p>Any Transfer students decisions that are made will be released also and will continue to be released through the month of April.</p>

<p>If you don’t recall your user name and password for the MyAdmissions site, <a href=“http://myadmissions.ucdavis.edu%5B/url%5D”>http://myadmissions.ucdavis.edu</a> , please contact the computing services department at (530) 754-HELP (4357) to reset it now so you can check it with out a wait tomorrow.</p>

<p>Everyone, It will be quite a ride. Looks like acc to UCD admissions, acceptances will be more than 50% but nowhere near 58% as last year. So doing the math, there were 40,455~ Freshman applicants(15% increase since last year), so say 54-55%% acceptance would be 22,000-23,000.</p>

<p>A total of 48,653 students applied to UC Davis, compared with 42,311 applicants for fall 2007. There are 40,568 applicants for freshman status this fall, a 15.6 percent increase from last year's 35,088 and the largest percentage gain in freshman applications among UC's nine undergraduate campuses.</p>

<p>Most freshman decisions will be available through MyAdmissions by tomorrow morning (there are only a small handful of freshman applicants in which the decisions have not been made). Email messages will be sent through Friday.</p>

<p>If you are selected for a Regents Scholarship a link will appear for you to provide information about the program and more information followed by more information by mail.</p>

<p>You pointed out that there were only a few freshman applications that had not been decided yet, how about transfer applications? Are they mostly done as well, or is tonight just the beggining for us transfer apps?</p>

<p>I'm so nervous I can't describe it. Most of the schools I applied to are reaches for me and Davis is the only one that isn't, so if I don't get into here I don't know what I'm going to do...</p>
