As an international applicant USC requires declaration of finance with the application , however I can not provide due to the current bank situation in India. Will it affect my chances of admissions ?
P.S. I started late therefore I send my scores tomorrow for USC will they be considered for 12/1 deadline ?
you’ll need to provide a bank statement eventually, because you can’t get a student visa for USC (or any other American university) without it.
Getting scores to USC within the next few weeks should be fine. It’s not like they’re making all of the decisions next week. You should get your application and other materials submitted on time though.
The Common Application and USC Supplement must be submitted by the December 1 deadline to be considered for merit scholarships. Other documents should be submitted as close to the deadline as possible, but please note applications will not be reviewed until they are complete.
