Hey, I have some questions about the deferee letter.

Who should we address it to so that we can be sure it'll go to the adcom?

And I know people who got deferred usually mention their continued interest and updated activities, but is there anything else that is important and common to write about? Should it be a rather brief letter?

Also, is it too late if I send it like on the 15th?

It should be brief, absolutely no more than a page--2-3 paragraphs. Look on the Yale admissions website to find your regional admissions rep and address it to them. Other than providing an update, if there is anything to update, and reiterating your continued interest in Yale, nothing else is necessary.

but the Yale website only gives the admissions officer's e-mail. Should I send the actual letter to the university's address, but address it to the specific officer?
