The deferral email I recvd suggested that I send in my 7th semester grades. But when I login in to my wolverine account - there is nothing in there that asks me to submit my 7th semester grades.

Is there anyone whose wolverine access status asks for 7th semester grades.

Should I send in my grades are not? My 7th semester GPA is slightly lower than my overall GPA (Sem 1 to Sem 6).

Yes, send the grades. My son was accepted EA for admission last fall, and he sent submitted his. It is my understanding that UM wants the senior year first semester grades of all students that have been accepted. If you want to be a part of that group, send your grades.

unless your WA says 7th semester grades you are not required to send them in, but since they suggested you do, I would. there are many people (I’d say about half) that are required to send them in

I don’t think this is true. no one has asked my son for his grades and it has been stated on this site that you don’t need to send them in if you were accepted. What does everyone else think? Not that it would be a big deal for him to send them in.

I stand corrected. UM actually wants the final transcript with proof of graduation from accepted students:

“Request Your Final High School Transcript
Once you have received your transcript with proof of graduation, send it to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions. (International students should refer to our International Students page for credentials required by country.)
Timeline: Any time after high school graduation, but as soon as possible”

It seems a simple thing to do…if you are deferred and have any correspondence of any sort that suggests you send your early senior grades I would do it if you haven’t already. EA ended over a month ago, the U is well into the next round of decisions.
