<p>General advice for deferrals is to update with grades, any new SAT/ACT scores, any competition results (AMC scores, etc), any new awards/honors, any “accomplishments” (research results, patents, lots of things that aren’t coming to mind).</p>

<p>Adding< an additional recommendation. My son had been working with a prof at local U, and did not use him for the 2 recommendations. He had this man and another person he had known for years, and helped in her classroom, add letters.</p>
