<p>Hello! I was wondering, if my application status says “After an initial evaluation, your application has been referred for second review. A final decision will be made by the end of March. You will receive further information by mail.” Does this mean that my admissions decision will not be posted online? Also, would I still be able to earn any merit-scholarships or no? Thank You!</p>
