DEI @ Horace Mann, Riverdale, Dalton?

Thanks in advance for any insight on this.

It’s seemed that during the application process, HM has much greater emphasis on DEI than Riverdale and Dalton have. When it comes to the actual student experience and day-to-day teachings across the 3 schools, are they relatively similar when it comes to DEI? Or is there s vast difference among them?

i’m not really sure about this, I am also applying to Riverdale. From visiting the school for the group interview, I noticed that the school is not very diverse. While waiting I looked at the yearbook and I remember there was less than 5 asian kids in one of the graduating class.
