This is the most concerning piece of information to me.
That’s not unexpected at all. One case could be anything.
If it originated in a wet market, which are common in China, then it could spread wildly.

Seven people infected with the virus were asymptomatic, authorities said.
This virus could be nothing, or it could be another pandemic but it’s too early to tell IMO.
