Delay in SAT score processing

<p>I sent my SAT scores to Stanford back in September. Axess tells me that as of today everything in my application has been processed except for the SAT scores. Should I resend or is this normal?</p>

<p>happened to me too… anyone else? I’ll probably wait a week or so… I’m guessing they are really busy filing applications.</p>

<p>Its the same for me: everything except the test scores. I think we should wait a bit before worrying about it though.</p>

<p>yes, same here too. Ordered SAT and ACT scores in early Dec, now Stanford said the official scores have not been received. All other materials are already there. Tempted to send them again if still not there in a few days.</p>

<p>Relax…chill (Stanford student body is known for this)…your scores will be uploaded and processed in due time…</p>

<p>…Stanford admissions wants to give each and every applicant the opportunity to present their best work including their “test results”…</p>

<p>…if for some reason there was a problem receiving your scores through the testing agencies…they will let you know by mid-February…but, for most applicants I would not be surprised to see that you scores will be uploaded and processed by the end of next week…</p>

We truly appreciate your interest in Stanford University.
Our admission staff is working diligently to process application materials for students who submitted their Common Application, Stanford Writing Supplement and application fee or fee waiver by the deadline.
Please understand that we are processing thousands of letters of recommendation, transcripts, test scores and other credentials. If you check your application status and notice that any of these materials are missing, do not be alarmed. There is often a significant delay between the time we receive materials and when we match them to a student’s application.
In an effort to address some of the questions you may have about our credentials matching process, we have provided answers to some frequently asked questions below.

1. I submitted my application by the deadline, but when I check my application status it indicates that I am still missing a letter of recommendation, school report or transcript. What should I do?
   We will accept school documents including school forms, transcripts and letters of recommendation after January 2 as long as you submitted your application by the deadline. Once we have processed all documents in mid-February, we will notify you by email if you are still missing any of these application materials.
2. I submitted my test scores by the deadline, but when I check my application status it indicates that you have not received them. What should I do?
   Matching test scores to a file can take several weeks. Please be sure the identifying information on your score report and your application is exactly the same. Then, check your application status weekly for confirmation.
3. I would like to update my application and provide you with additional information. What should I do?
   You may not make changes to your application once it is submitted. Your application will be evaluated on the details you included in your file. Additionally, please do not send materials such as resumes, research papers, newspaper articles and writing samples as they will not be considered.
