The College Board messed up my October SAT II registration and signed me up for the November date, and I was going to take the SAT for second time on this date.
Is it bad or too late to take the SAT on December?

No. The only downside is that, if you are planning to apply early to any schools, those schools will not get your Dec test. But other than that, you should be fine.

Collegeboard didnt mess it you did :p

They did, they changed my October SAT IIs registration to November and now I can't take the November SAT.

i've got quesion about test dates too. Would it be too late to take the january test? I dont know what school im gonna apply to yet. What's the common deadline for most of colleges?

The common deadline is at the beginning of January.

So january woundn't work? i'm screwed then..

^ I'd plan on taking the Dec. one at the latest.

If you live close to a testing center, it may be worth seeing if you could take the SAT I as a standby. See http://www.collegeboard.com/student/testing/sat/testday/standby.html for details, including extra fees. If you weren't happy with your scores, then you could take the test again in December.
