I was thinking on doing a Master in Development Economics, but I am clueless about good schools in Development Economics. I was thinking on attending a university in Germany or any German-speaking country, there are many programs in English and I plan on learning German.
Would you tell me good universities (I like small universities, my class is 2007-2011 and is 25 people) in Development Economics in the United States or in Europe?</p>
