Diagnosed with ADHD this summer

<p>So yesterday I was diagnosed with ADD, a form of ADHD. My whole academic career has been a plethora subpar grades with teachers saying I was smarter than them. Now, entering my senior year, things will hopefully turn around. My mom is getting me an academic coach, as recommended by the doctor, and if all goes well I will have a very successful senior year. But I don't think that a successful senior year will erase a mediocre GPA. if you want more specifics on my grades here is a thread I posted a little bit ago looking for colleges </p>

<p>Yes, you should most definitely inform colleges. Tell your GC and he or she will include it in their LOR.</p>
