<p>You know, all of these people say they got their packages, but not ONE has said they were accepted, or whether they were overnight or 2nd day… not one question from any of the board posters has been answered…</p>
<p>@sleepygrumpy: CU is only sending packages to accepted students. In an effort to save paper, you have to request a waitlist/rejection letter if that’s the decision they make for your application.</p>
<p>The US mail is so erratic and fallible - let’s all just wait for the online notification. That way we’ll know for sure.

<p>@alisafran: Being that Columbia’s packages are being sent via UPS and not FedEx, I don’t see how having the “reference number” matters. :P</p>
<p>Additionally, in case not everybody knows – tracking numbers and references are two different things.</p>
<p>References can be found in that empty space beneath everything – bottom left corner of the tracking sticker. If there’s a huge white space (or a blank reference, I’m not too sure), there’s no reference for tracking. </p>
<p>EDIT: That’s for UPS. Not sure about FedEx.</p>
