Bahahaha lillynch, I don't blame you.
I mean, seriously. How would anyone go about asking such a question?
"Hi...I have links...
....?"

That would be an intelligent conversation.

Oh well, ya...dowtipper is cool...

cowtipper . . drat...

This thread must live on forever! These links foretell our decisions! Bwahhahahahah. Karl Marks is more annoying than waiting the 9 days until doomsday!

heh still dont' have those links

save shobhit..any other ED defers get it? and with or without FA? (If you don't mind telling)

I didnt get it and I'm ED defer no FA

I have the links, applied for FA.
Maybe they DO mean something good, but odds are they mean nothing, so let's just wait and see! Not much longer to go now....

i was ED defer.. applied for FA- links.

for those of you that have a banner id and the links, what are the first three letters/numbers you have? i noticed that each incoming class has a 9 digit code just like that and i was wondering if there was anything significant there.

B00
lol those are zeroes

hmm. i asked because i noticed on the financial aid page for current students that every graduating class has a nine digit code like that one. and each class has the same first three digits (it had a sample one that specified that).

and my first three were B00 too. interesting. could mean nothing, of course, but it is a little curious...

B00 here too. I really really hope this means something. :]

Is there a deferred candidate with no links with a banner ID number (9 digits)?

If so, does your ID number begin with B00?

B00 here too... who knows if it means anything.

It may just be the first three letters are the same for everyone who applied in a particular year.

i dont think you guys realize every single applicant who applied for FA has access to those links while every single applicant (with the exception of cowtipper) who didnt apply for FA doesn't have the links. The mystery has been solved (except for cowtipper, lol)

It's because I'm cool. lol

do u have some unbelievable hook or something? cause if not, then i assume that what i said before is correct and that their receptionists or w/e just mistakenly thought u applied for FA.

I spent my summer in Tibet, but beyond that I'm average at best.

I really hate this 60 second rule..... I'm wasting seconds............

I also have an ID number beginning with B00- interesting...
lol, cowtipper :D

im sure everyone who applied was given an ID # that began with that. That is how they organize their applicants. However, only the people who applied for FA (and cowtipper) can actually see their #s now
