I was admitted under regular decision. Frankly I only received a package stating “your in” that only contained an information packet on Emory. I kind of wanted a package like all my other schools submitted with a hard copy of a letter of acceptance, and a bumper sticker, the usual… but I never received one.
Did anyone get a package like this? It’s a bit upsetting.
Well atleast you received something; I didn’t get anything at all. When I emailed them about it, I was told that they don’t send admission goodies to students outside the US. Made me absolutely livid. Because every other college I applied to sent me something, even if it was just a letter of consolation. I’m still bitter about it a year later.
You’re not really upset you didn’t receive a bumper sticker right? You’re joking, I assume.
My daughter did get a folder with stuff from Oxford/Emory but she is not international.
