I got an 83 for the semester in PAP Pre-Cal, does this make me an automatic Uchi econ major reject?
I am currently a sophomore, who will eventually apply EA.
My other semester grades:
100 AP World
94 PAP Chemstry
97 PAP Physics
96 PAP English
96 PAP Spanish II
95 AP Environmental Science
98 Honors Academic Decathlon

I am so sorry you are having to live this way. Please relax and understand that it is okay to be happy and to breathe.

What are your EC’s? Do you enjoy them?

Go see a good movie this weekend. Eat popcorn.

NO, absolutely NOT. Relax, yeah, it helps a lot to MOSTLY have straight A’s, but a few B’s are not going to kill your chances.

lol, I used to be just like you and freaking out over precalc during sophomore year. Chill dude =.= if it matters so much to you, go ask your teacher if you can do anything about it. Also Uchic doesn’t care if you have a B or two. As my interviewer said, at Uchic there’s no way u’re not getting a B. Just show that you want to learn and u’ll be fine.

HAHAHAHAHA

that is all I have to say

yes, yes you did, you are not getting into uchicago with that B, because the truth is, no one at uchicago has ever gotten a B in his or her life. Chances are you will either go to your local community college, or a state university if you are lucky. Sorry dude, this might be heartbreaking, but it is just the truth.

I do like my ECs and do them because I like them.

^^ No one cares dude Stop worrying about your chances of getting into college so much and learn to be a normal human. In the long run you’re going to regret doing nothing but thinking about GPA and ECs during high school.

I’m telling you guys the truth. GPA doesn’t matter. Just make sure you take hard classes and don’t get any C’s and have EC’s that really paint a good picture of your interests. And if no one told you this before…it’s all about dose essays

I got in with four B’s in high school. Getting B’s isn’t as big of a deal as people make it out to be.

Lol. One B won’t kill you. Seriously.
