Did Saban land in Austin at 10:01 p.m.?

Just because this is fun… Front page of the AJC:

Saw this interview with McCarron today, he says Saban is staying.

[AJ McCarron says Nick Saban isn’t leaving Alabama Crimson Tide - ESPN](AJ McCarron says Nick Saban isn't leaving Alabama Crimson Tide - ESPN)

The players that Saban is recruiting are also saying that Saban is staying.

With all the hoopla, the recruits (and their coaches/parents) are asking him if he’s staying.

Hey, you cut off the end where the Bama elephant’s trunk pulls him back.

This was earlier in the day from Business Insider but still…this is getting crazy. Hope he stays at Bama…can’t imagine why he wouldn’t except why hasn’t he signed that contract?

Lots of chatter in the deep web that Mack will resign under pressure today. Supposedly Mack is not going quietly. The UT mafia will have to handle this.

Saban will be the new coach by early next week. (So say others.)

According to Bevo, in the deep manure, Mack Brown will be named the new head coach at Alabama next week.

I liked the deal that both schools reached with the NCAA. Saban will coach BOTH teams. Hook Roll’em Tide

Saban signs Multiyear deal with UA according to Bleacher Report!

http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1884248-updates-on-nick-sabans-reported-contract-negotiations-with-alabama

Roll Saban Roll

The Process Continues

Saban will be the new UT coach by early next week. (So hoped Slippy.)

Oh and…Searchguy, you’re 0 for 2

"My prediction on another thread here a few weeks ago about this was that Mack Brown would get the AD job at UT and that Saban gets between $9 and $10 million to go to Texas…

I was wrong on Brown getting the AD job…they just announced a new AD
I am sticking with my prediction on part two…"

Where is slippy? Polishing his Les Miles barware to drown in his sorrows?

[Nick Saban agrees to new deal to stay with Alabama Crimson Tide - ESPN](Nick Saban agrees to new deal to stay with Alabama Crimson Tide - ESPN)

ESPN also confirms (I never trust bleacher report)

Please Slippy shut your pie hole and stick to the LSU’ers thread!!!

The plane that landed in Opa Locka airport from Texas was carrying scouts and/or coaches that wanted to see a player from Miami Central High School.

My pie hole is currently being stuffed with boudin, shrimp remoulade, and various spirits. Don’t care about Saban. You people are so easily provoked. My bama boy is home for Christmas. Much fun being had by all.

Love me some Les Miles.

Merry Christmas, Slippy! I hope Junior slips a Bama ornament onto your tree - every tree needs some crimson spirit.

Mmmm, sounds yummy! Will those goodies be available for your house guests on January 2nd?

Glad your Bama son made it home safe for the holidays.
