Differences in competition between engineering majors in UCLA? CS, CSE, EE

Hi, I'm applying to UCLA engineering, but I'm not sure what major. They all seem interesting to me, although I know an EE degree probably isnt as valuable as the other two. I'm not sure I'll be admitted to a CS major though. I'm expecting a 2100-2200 SAT from november. I know that CS has a 12.6% acceptance rate, CSE 14% and EE 25%. Are the acceptance rates different because they are easier/harder to get into or because the applicant pool is much weaker in CS than in EE?

What do you guys think would be the wisest to apply to?

Again, I am in the same boat as you are, and am deciding which major I want to apply to as for UCLA as well. Honestly, you should research what major best suits you, and the major that you are most interested in pursuing. Getting into any UCLA engineering major is pretty difficult due to the popularity and competition of their fantastic engineering program. I believe that the difference is that the CS majors just receive more applicants than in EE.
