Different Deadlines for Different Sites?

So I’m applying regular decision for NYU and looking up the fall 2017 deadlines, I came across this

It says the international student application deadline is May 15th. However on the common app it says 1st January. One of them has to be a mistake, so which one is it? I wouldn’t take it so seriously if it wasn’t on the NYU’s actual official website.

That is for a special program called Fall in NY. It is not the deadline for the normal undergraduate application.
