Dimensions under lofted beds

<p>Does anyone know the exact length x width under lofted beds in a double. Using twinXL measurements that would imply 80" x 39". Is there anything that takes some of that space away? Things like supports for the loft. I am trying to sort out what size futon will work underneath. Thanks</p>
