<p>Tried finding this info on UM, if anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great!</p>

<p>The dining dollars they list for each meal plan, is that per semester or per year?</p>

<p>Where can you use them?</p>

<p>Does your UM ID contain your dining dollars or is their a separate card?</p>

<p>The dining dollars are per semester and can be used for any food purchase on campus. Your Cane ID card is all you need. You can also add $ to your Cane acct that can be used for add'l food purchases or in the bookstore and in vending machines and really anywhere you would spend cash on campus. Food will first be deducted from your dining dollars. Dining dollars do not carry over smester to semester, but your Cane dollars do. Both accounts can be tracked on myUM. They will explain everything in detail during orientation.</p>
