direct entry PA or Northeastern

My D got accepted to Northeastern as a health science major on the pre-PA or pre-med track. She is excited about being in Boston. Recently she found out she got also accepted to a direct entry PA program at Quinnipiac. She is torn between the two since one offers her an excellent program with a guaranteed spot in grad school provided she met the reqs (incl. 1/2 the patient contact hrs) but is in a quiet / isolated location while the other has more diversity, it’s in Boston, coops, but she will have to go the traditional route of getting double the patient contact hrs, take MCAT or GRE, and apply to a bunch of PA or med schools. Any advice on making this decision?

If she knows for sure that she wants to be a PA, I like the direct admit programs. That field has become very competitive so if she can avoid applying to grad school and be assured of the career she wants then that is a big plus. If she is not certain about becoming a PA then Northeastern may give her more options.

I agree with @happy1.
