Looks like my daughter is in :) Wellesley has been her number 1 choice since forever. We visited last fall and she interviewed and we took a tour and met with a man in the disability service office - which was pretty much a closet. That was a bit disheartening really. I had a pit in my stomach after that meeting. It didnt give me confidence that the school is open to accommodate kids with disabilities. I may be completely wrong but due to things that were said that is my impression.

Does anyone have experience with accommodations at Wellesley?

My daughter is an amazing girl and has been so shafted by the college board..wouldnt accommodate her for psat, sat, sat subject tests, missed out on nmf money...etc..much more shafting but ...(ACT had no problem accommodating her and she cored a 34 and then a 35) She never let her disability define her..She never even mentioned it on her app essays. I dont want her disability to define and determine where she has to go to school. Wellesley is where she wants to be and learn.

Thanks for any replies.
