<p>If cafesimone is the one to form the thread then the first post should be advice on proper formatting and that if ppl post decisions they have to post all their stats not just " I got accepted so happpy" or something like that. Also she should include a note that states that posts that do not show the adcom decisions are excluded, so nothing like the first couple of pages on here happens on the real one.</p>
