Diversity at Baylor?

I got in to Baylor for the Class of 2016, and I’ve visited the campus and all of that, but there are some things you can’t really grasp from a short little visit. Basically, my question is, how diverse if Baylor? Like, I know that it is a Baptist school, but is it very religiously diverse? Also, is it very politically diverse, or is it pretty unbalanced?

Thanks for your help.

Ive visited a couple times and to my knowledge, religion is focused upon but not forced. So it’s more of an enhancement of personal faith that they try to help you with. I believe that they require students to take chapel and a theology class but even there, the experience is for the student to benefit from. I don’t know anything as far as politics

I would say the students at Baylor are predominantly Christian and predominantly republican/conservative. That said, you can still find quite a bit of diversity; you will by no means be alone if you are not Christian or conservative. Search a bit through the older posts in this forum for some different perspectives on your question.
