<p>I keep reading that they're the same, and my ACT "translates" to a slightly better score than my SAT score, but would it benefit me to send both to prove I did well on both? </p>
<p>Or are they totally the same and it doesn't matter?</p>
<p>At this point, every college in the USA accepts both. They perfectly know what the scores indicate and don’t penalize people who only take one over the other (which happens regionally)</p>
<p>both are treated absolutely equally</p>
