Do any apartments near campus let twins share a one bedroom?

When I went to UT I shared a one bedrooom with a roommate and we just put to twin beds in the bedroom. Now all the apartments seem to be individual leases, which are so much more expensive if you have two. Are there still apartments near campus where my twins could share a one bedroom with one lease?

My son leases an individually owned condo, 2 bedroom/2 bath with a total of 4 guys on the lease. The condo is managed by University Realty and when we initially were guarantors for the lease, the rent was stated as $1,895 a month but for each person over 2 in the unit, the rent would be $50 more per month. I’m sure that each owner would have different rules. I recall when I was a student at UT decades ago, we tried to rent an individually owned condo, 3 bedrooms with a total of 5 roommates. The owner did not want that many tenants in one unit. The downside to renting an individually owned unit is that there is only one lease, not individual leases for each bedroom like a large commercially owned building might have. So if any of the roommates defaulted on rent, the others roommates (in actuality the parents that were guarantors) would be liable for the entire rent. But since you would have both your children in the same unit, there is no risk unless they decided to go with a 2 bedroom and share with additional roommates. My son has friends who live at some of these properties and it looks like there are some rooms that are 1 bedrooms that show 2 beds. These are all corporately owned. https://quartersoncampus.com/
