Do any colleges have a culinary school/program?

I was wondering if any universities/colleges have a cooking/culinary program or school.

I dont mean places like Culinary Institute or French Culinary Institute since those are both culinary schools. I mean like say NYU, for example, having a cooking school (i know it does not)

What kind of cooking program exactly? Culinary arts? Restaurant Management? Food Science? What is your professional goal?

I heard that Johnson & Wales has one of the best culinary schools:

I was doing some recruiting at Utah Valley University a few months ago. Apparently they have a large culinary program (and I tried some of their “output”, it was quite good!).

Drexel University does.

Johnson & Wales. I know a kid in my class who went to CIA but transferred to JWU to get an actual degree and some management knowledge. The culinary school is something I respect compared to the school in general. Emeril Lagasse is an alum to JWU. You can go to another campus every 2 trimesters and the campuses are located in Providence, RI(Main), Miami, Denver, and Charlotte.
