Does UA or any of the other Alabama universities offer campus apartments for year round living and thru the holidays?
UA is very helpful to overseas students and to those who need accommodation outside of the norm. Some dorms will stay open during holidays, but arrangements need to be made (if you don’t already live there). Normally, summer accommodation is for those students who are enrolled in a summer course, or working on campus, but you can enquire with UA Housing about this. Do you mean university owned housing? If so, no. If you’re asking about apts that are very close to the univ, then yes.
Wait…are you a transfer student? If so, then your housing options would be off-campus.
If you are a transfer student, then the scholarships that you’re asking about wouldn’t apply to transfers.
