<p>Not that I would do this, but somebody could lie about their ethnicity. Once they got away with it, they would be home free. The college would never be able to see what ethnicity they marked down and thus they would never get into trouble for it…</p>
<p>That is SO wrong, but… Someone could do it.</p>
