Do good SATIIs make up for a marginal SAT score?

I just got my SATI score, and i was less than impressed.

620 Math
700 Writing
740 CR

Anyway, I will take them again in October of course, but there are no guarantees. Hopefully, I can raise it from my current 2060 to a 2100+, which seems manageable, considering that is only 40 points.
I have already taken my SATIIs;
770 US History
740 Lit
730 Spanish
Even though most people here seem to believe that only 800 are valid scores, I think they are in range for most good schools. I'm considering applying to schools like good UCs (in state), Northwestern, Pomona, Dartmouth, Yale (my sister goes there, I know i have little chance there but she's making me apply!).
So I also have good grades, good ECs, the whole bit. I just want to know if my marginal SAT score will put me in the "no" pile before they get to see anything else, and how much of a difference it makes to cross the 2100 mark.
Thanks!
