<p>Hey Word, I think you have the best shot at UMBC of those that you mention. Since your GPA is not super-high, I recommend really emphasizing your extracurricular activities and write a strong and unique essay that wil grab their attention. Hopefully you have some good recommendations, too. When you mention your activities, emphasize your leadership roles and accomplishments in those areas. Good luck!</p>
