Are you good enough at swimming to swim for BU?

No, Im not good enough to swim for them

Your SAT of 1870 sounds low for Bucknell; our high school admitted students had SATs in the mid 1900's and higher. On the plus, you do have a very good rank, gpa, and community service. From what I've read, this has been a banner year for college applications, and Bucknell is getting more selective all of the time.

If you can get those SAT scores over 2000, and I hope the math goes over 700, then you should be a match for a Bucknell math major. If you can't, then your essays and recs will have to be absolutely stellar to make you stand out in the applicant pool. Although, if you come from a state or high school with very few Bucknell applicants, then your stats may not have to be as exemplary. Good luck.
